Ragnar focuses on self-determined behavioral modification through his coaching system, GoingAViking. The GAV coaching system combines ancient wisdom with modern psychology to teach you how to custom design a mindset capable of Radical Acceptance, Iron Resilience, Post-Traumatic Growth, and Lasting relationships.
