Ohio's Education Choice Scholarships are a hit with parents, and a new study says the scholarships make a meaningful difference for minority and lower incomestudents. Researchers from the Urban Institute studied the results of 6,000 students forsix years and the results were so impressive the Wall Street Journal took notice writing an editorial titled, Ohio’s School Choice Success Story.
