Hello, evil doers. This is Alex and I'm here with something a bit new for you. This week we are doing a Companion podcast to our other podcast and we're Phil heroes. This is the Phil and Underground Episode zero where they're making the characters Cody Fred Phil and will all got together and made characters in fate And here is a bit of that audio.
It was good. We did we did fine We didn't list everything but it's mostly the the stories of the characters Which is mostly what you need to get their personalities and they are goofing characters. So check out the villains The honky hon gongs from outside Sure I can do it first. So for my high concept Knox is a narcissistic and genius boy warlord For my trouble no country for old men First story after realizing they had entered the wrong building in a job to acquire it Doshiva's newest solid state hard drives Knox and mr.
Donaldson discovered robo nobo deactivated alone frustrated the simple mistake Knox activates robo nobo and type to cover his losses with his new accomplice that they escaped the sheltered girl building Robonobas usefulness was unbounded but in order to maintain this trust Knox plays the role of a nobo robo nobo's father I aspect that pulled from that is everyone a tool everything it cost Okay, um, can I ask you what your trouble means exactly? Um Like you don't like that movie No country like Kind of the same aspect of that like movie where ever all of the All the corporations are basically owned by like these high-powered CEOs and all of these other villainous Quote quote corporations are like groups are owned by like these old men kind of set in their ways So the trouble is I'm always trying to go against them no matter what But being a you have a bunch of right? So you're like fighting the old world right? Okay, and that's your trouble because they don't like you right?
They don't like me very much and I do everything my power to piss them off Okay, cool. Who next? Um, I'll go next is it's uh related to Knox's story. Okay.
Okay, so um my character is Robonobas high concept is an impressionable cyber ape hingeman His trouble is I just don't get it Um, and what that means is that while for being really intelligent for an ape he's actually dumb compared to human intelligence So in his first story first story is an ordinary gorilla He was captured by the sheltered girl cosmetics corporation and after extensive testing and modification he became Robonobas a result of the implants in his head along with the confusion over his newfound sentience Robonobas can't remember anything before the testing when Knox was raiding the lab at the time reactivated Robonobas and convinced him that he was his creator He told Robonobas that he had been built to combat the evils of animal research and that the lab techs in the building were actually out to get them As they fought their way out Um, and his uh aspect that he gained from that is that he trusts his father Knox more than anyone Okay Who next? Uh, I'll go. Feel your go. Yeah, okay Uh, I am playing golden arrow.
He is an ambivalent strongman with telekinette powers His trouble is that he always feels small so he can always get bigger. He feels like The first story is golden arrow is mostly concerned with providing for family and getting bulky He does not exactly believe in villainy, but it pays a lot better than heroism Um, he used his suggestion mind powers to maintain a full-time job But was later found out and lost his job began looking into using his powers for money and villainy had a better return on investment His aspect from that is that he does whatever he can for his family Good all right last but not least I'll be playing a character called black legolas and my hot high concept is modern day Robinhood with a bow tie I'm blind and asian who thinks he's black. My trouble is a sucker for a pretty voice And my first story born on a boat on the way to new york from the far east island of japan Stranded by a storm or fan black legolas was raised by the bean streets of harlem He was later adopted and raised By his father or his adopted father and but his father did not have the heart to let him know that he was different and not black He was taught in the ways of archery and the bow tie He uh in his earlier days he was raised in the harlem gloob trotters orphanage Blackway was defeated to try a gang because he hates asians and use their drug made to fix the orphanage up So this day he cleans up the mean streets while supporting the black panthers And his aspect is from the mean streets of harlem Okay, all right good Okay, so let's start at the top with robin oboe Robin oboe read the story that someone wrote for you Okay On a dark night in harlem black legolas was chasing down some thugs who had stole drugs from the orphans At gloob trotter orphanage in hot pursuit black legolas came around the corner to find two thugs on the ground Not being able to see what it was he stood back and tried to ascertain what was going on with his superior hearing A large mechanical ape started clinging large chunks of debris like he was flinging his poop And this is based off of the mechanical noises and crashing debris that he heard Sensing that they were kindred spirits black legolas shoots the other thug with a blackout arrow and clasps the mechanical ape with a brotherly Secret handclasp after much props they parted ways but black legolas knew that one day they would cross paths and wreak havoc together on the mean streets Okay, so can I think anyone see aspect or will do you see any aspect of that you like? The only thing that I can think of is like if robin oboe is going to acknowledge this secret handshake that he's giving him then he has some kind of underworld connections or he has some kind of like criminal connections or whatever you know like at the Criminal contacts or something.
That's the only thing I'm seeing in it so far. Right. You guys see anything here? You could go that route or you could say something like No, secret things but doesn't know how he knows them Like you know is your handshake, but you don't know why you know it or like black legolas was trying to give you a secret handshake And you just kind of rolled with the punches and you're just like yeah, all right I think it's your handshake you just kind of get in there because like you're not gonna fight it because whatever could you also do something with like We're brothers in battle and maybe that I don't know like you instantly after you fought together became friends Yeah, so maybe do something along those lines.
I don't know how to be a good aspect What's it you could have bad? That's actually good one. It could be something like um the enemy of my enemy is my friend So like anyone that attacks someone that you're attacking automatically is on your side Or it could also be um, you know, they just fought this battle and he's instantly his new friend How about he's got a need for acceptance so that um, you know, he can uh, he's gonna become fiercely loyal to someone that they can also Be a negative aspect for him. That's good.
Yeah. Yeah, I like Like clink clinks to people easily or quick quick to trust or something along those lines like that's a good one I think quick to trust would be really good to use is like a good Yeah You don't really have the experience of dealing with a lot of different people and you know, you're super loyal to your father But it's like oh, here's another person that's like friendly with you He's gotta be great. So now I'm gonna be his friend and you're quick to trust but then you might trust the wrong person Exactly like this All right, are we happy with that one? Yeah, okay cool.
All right knocks read the story someone wrote okay Shortly after stealing robo novo from shelter girl knocks returned to the doucheba corporation He used rv's ability to connect to the computers to gain entry But quickly realized that rv would need instruction to use his powers for evil effectively You seen anything in there? Yeah, um Could it be like relies on others too heavily? Because like it sounds like from the story, you know, you need robo bonobo to get in and then also to hack the computer Or the fact that he didn't discard him. He's a hoarder That could be kind of cool How about like uh something along the line of like trying to learn how to be evil by teaching it to robo novo or something I like the actually trying to learn the aspects of evil like Effectively, but I think so like so something like learning as he goes.
Yeah Because he's not super experienced. Yeah, so you can that could be effective for you because you'd be like oh, yeah Just study this or it could be yeah, I have no idea what this is. I haven't I haven't learned this yet So like you're still you're so new to the villain world. You're learning as you're going I like the beginning aspirations of a criminal mastermind.
Yeah, you know, like how does one have their start? Yeah, wet behind the ears. Yeah Green around the giddles is is it wet behind the ears are real like phrase? Yeah, yeah, I think so it sounds nasty I mean, it's it's supposed to be after birth on your face That's good.
What's far when you come? Fred when you slid out there was after birth all over you I thought it was like a sexual reference. I'm like No Doggy style and you pull out and like pop it off in the back of their ear Well, no, it just means the doctor to dry you off. Wait.

So you think after birth is even Well, I mean it's birth juice right? It's pretty So my aspect is after birth After birth I think that's where I think it's a conclusion. Yeah In the moment it's a evil nice. They're not even birthed yet You're just a twinkle in your evil father's eye exactly All right, so Fred read the story someone wrote for you Let's see here black leg loss first night golden arrow very early golden arrows build career golden arrow really done the arrow theme Golden arrow began using the arrow theme after seeing the golden arrows black leg loss uses Black leg loss instantly held a grudge against golden arrow coming up with a better name than black leg loss It sounds like I'm really quick to like be bitter or like maybe I hold grudges, you know what I'm saying?
I like that. I like that especially because you for some reason you hate the triads you hate agents you hate You just come easy for your your your whole thing is you're always vowing grudges against the whole but those people are particularly so the aspect would be like never let's go of a grudge or quick to quick to anger easily angered quick Always remembers the past Never forget. Yeah, I think they'll be good. Never forget the transgression Was that never forget the transgression?
Never over against a transgression. What if the past thing be better? It's like Because then you can use that as a better thing like oh, I remember seeing this Yeah, yeah, yeah, I actually you're right though. Remember the past is a better one never forgets the past Never forgets slates You do this All right, Phil read the story someone wrote for you All right during one school session at the gym discussing with the other gym gym rats golden air gets a lead on an employer that requires his type of skill The bodyguard business was dangerous, but the pay was exceeding exceedingly great as well as the other benefits arriving at the address as a mansion Not a typical place for an interview after being led inside He was attacked by several armed thugs as they were raiding the place after taking down the thugs a small child greets him and tells him you've got the job So I believe this is how I met you know Okay And let's see so are you driven by greed that you'll take on any job?
Is that like a fault of yours? But I think driven by greed would be a good one because then it can go still go both ways like I'm always going to try my best because it gets me the best money or the most money But then at the same time I can take more dangerous jobs because I pay better correct Yeah, and it's for a good reason when you do it because you're trying to provide for your family But then it makes you kind of careless or you know You take on bigger risks than maybe than you normally would because of that sure okay Yeah, so driven by greed Yeah, that was a good one. Yeah, it's the golden. It's funny that your name has the word.
Oh, yeah Might be if people assume that's the reason why Yeah Okay, so then we'll do is everybody satisfied with that. We'll do story three and we're gonna switch Let's mix it that fuck up phil read the story written about you bro After crossing paths with rhinobo Unobo again black legolasas introduced to knocks and was sent on a mission with golden arrow Why are there quotes around that he is actually golden arrow? Well At first not seeing eye to eye literally because black legolasas blind He doesn't realize that golden arrow doesn't actually use arrows due to golden arrows ambitious in risk taking ways they were put in a compromising Position as they are overrun by the nancy boys in order of good and air to wells Black legolas saw no way out literally golden arrow uses his telekinetic powers and turn the nancy boys against themselves and fought their way to victory That day black legolas saw the usefulness of golden arrow But still resets him for the use of the name and sees it as type of slander and his abilities to shoot arrows so Just add quotes to seize I think an aspect would be helpful in a bind Or is constantly in bind but does well under pressure Does that put some self into compromising positions? Compromising sexual positions Um, yeah, yeah, I think you're useful.
I mean, I think telekeneck powers is that's like able to move stuff in your mind or is yeah So the way my powers work is I can pick up lift push pull Things but only based off of my what I can actually do as a human So like I can't pick up a car with my mind. I could pick up a lot of stuff that I could just as a beefcake Nothing outside of the realm of a human human abilities I imagine like black legolas being like, oh, what kind of arrow did you use there as you like fling things? Yeah That you can um You it could be something like there's always a way out. Oh, I like that.
I like that There's always a way out. No matter what the cost. That's mine. That's good.
Yeah All right Now onto black leg loss crossing paths to the story to the summer, right? All right after establishing their newfound friendship black legolas took roanoble help for a night of drinking a shady downtown Secretly black legolas was there to see revenge on a childhood bully a fight broke out the bar and black legolas was tragically stabbed in the right eye His favorite eye black leg loss fashion and I patched out of a dishcloth and work for that day forward aspect dishcloth what I like how this works because he took like Renobo out to a bar even though he's like a mechanic monkey He's like hey friends. I only have sources Yeah I was gonna say enemies because I mean for the last minute seems to keep up enemies for everybody Right, I think this is so interesting because kind of the verbiage of how you word things can mean a lot of different things Like it can really affect the different things. Yeah, yeah Assets that assets that further my cause I'm just trying to put that very succinctly, you know So I like that. I like where it's going.
I'm just trying to find a right word for it I can't see but I wear a high- But his use isn't for building Or how about um, there's no friend too close not to use Oh, that's not right. Um A friend is meant to be used Friends are meant to be used Nobody is a bystander. Nobody is a bystander So that like your friends or like in your personal battle like everybody's on a side You know what I mean? There's nobody who's not either on your side or on someone else's side You know what I'm saying?
Like there's no such thing as a bystander Yeah, like everybody's on the side of something That makes your character incredibly dangerous if you like you think that you don't have to use that Well, unless somebody can think of something better And these can change over time too. Like that's part of the face system Is there something happens to your character that profoundly affects them? You can say I'm getting rid of this aspect and this one comes in So that's kind of cool like your character could change over time Like vegeta his aspects would have changed all the time. It was like I gotta kill Goku to have a grudgingly respected like who's that?
Vegeta from dragon ball. Oh, you're talking about goju Goju goju Let's goju. It's uh, it's a type of uh like hand wash at usually at like industrial sites Hmm indeed it is. Yep.

Okay um Okay I'm just going to be Uh So Knox knows very little of the world outside of his mansion in butler Uh golden arrow brought him to the gym one time to interact with people finding exercise to be hard knocks brought the gym into it down Golden arrows rage was quelled when not to build golden arrow his own beef palace Beef palace. I love that.
Wait, do you guys not called jim's beef palaces? I do now Yeah, car is really weak I kind of wanted to be something about like him just destroyed just like fuck that gym destroy it and then like build arrow was like what the hell dude? I'll make you your own come fuck down Yeah, so I kind of tried to make like two ones that I kind of thought was like if you can't complete something you buy it or you destroy it Or you can like pay people off. We're the kind of two that I kind of built in there Oh, I'd like this.

That's good Okay, all right, so then robanoboe Okay, um even an ape after sometimes understands the relationship he or she has with their father Robanobo confused as to why he was created starts to question knocks of his purpose in life Knox decides maybe robanoboe would be better suited to actually see what he means calling in some favors knocks introduces Some of the underworld's foremost masters to robanoboe and have them teach him the ways of infiltration and defense Explaining finally in a frustrated side knocks tells robanoboe of his grand mission to combat those cosmetic corporations that had originally trapped him in the shelter girl building And maybe some other unrelated tech companies. Well, you kind of have it quick to trust I was going to do something with like like believes everything but Um gonna be questions authority Curious George There's a part that says like you know, uh, he's teaching in the ways of the infiltration defense like Well, I was going to be like going back to the handshake before I like I really liked him having underworld connections And I didn't know if like somewhere you could put that in there or maybe that's why I kind of put so much in there Like I was gonna say like learn has learned things he doesn't understand Or was only shown the way of like evil, you know things that you know are considered like that or whatever taught by the wrong people Wait, taught all the wrong things by the right people.
