Villanova Lands Rising Guard Carter Fisk

Villanova just pulled off a major recruiting win with combo guard Carter Fisk, a 6’2” Baltimore native set to join for the 2026-27 season. Off the radar early, Fisk beat out Power Five programs like Penn State and Virginia Tech thanks to strong trust with the Wildcats’ staff — and since he’s unranked, he’s expected to develop behind the scenes. With a loaded backcourt already in place, Fisk’s likely to contribute as a freshman under the new “five in five” rule, adding depth to coach Kevin Willard’s rebuilding puzzle.
