How are you handling this new social distancing life? It’s no doubt a crazy time. It’s hard not to let the fear and anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic creep in and affect your mood when it’s all over the news 24 hours a day. Often the best we can do is refocus on our alignment and look for, and appreciate, the gifts we have in our life.
