Vincent Tolman // “I Died. This Is What I Saw.” If You Know Death Isn't the End, How Do You Live?

At 25 years old, Vincent “Vinney” Tolman was found dead in the bathroom of a small restaurant. He had been without a heartbeat for more than half an hour and was placed in a body bag, until a rookie paramedic felt compelled to attempt resuscitation. Against the odds, Vinney’s heart started again. He then spent three days in a coma. Vinney says that during this time, he experienced what he believes was the other side. He describes encounters with spiritual guides, a profound life review and insights that completely changed his understanding of death, consciousness, purpose and what it means to be human. In this conversation, we explore his extraordinary near-death experience, what he says he learned while he was gone, and how those lessons changed the way he lives today.
