Die neue EU VO 2021/2117 wird die Deklaration von Wein den bisher geltenden Regelungen für Lebensmittel angepasst. Stichtag für das Zutatenverzeichnis und die Nährwerttabelle ist der 8.12.2023 - alle Produkte, die nach diesem Datum hergestellt werden, sind von den neuen Regelungen betroffen. Bernhard Schandelmaier und Johanna Hartmann klären den Begriff "hergestellt" und besprechen, welche Produkte schon im 23er Jahrgang davon betroffen sind.
