The Sets In Order organization which published Square Dancing Magazine had by 1970 established two lists of calls that made up Modern Square Dancing.  The introductory list was called the 50 Basics with the next list called Extended 75 Basics, which represented club level dancing.   In addition to these lists were calls that were newly created and experiencing some dancer popularity.  They were referred to as "experimental calls".  This album includes the experimental calls from 1972.
