Viola Bell - Voices of Garden City

Viola Bell acknowledges her successes with equal parts wonder at the circumstances and credit for the environment that made it possible. An accolade she allows for herself is mostly a confession,  "I was always nosey and wanted to see what was going on, see how things worked."
