Trevor Lawrence was drilled on a cheap shot by Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair that sent the Jaguars quarterback into the concussion protocol for the second time in a year. That dirty hit should have lit a fire under the Jaguars but it didn't. Jacksonville lost 23-20 to drop to 2-10. The Jaguars are lacking an enforcer on the team and need one.
