In Part 2 we finally made it to Iceland and wow, this was the highlight of the cruise. After a relaxing sea day and a quick stop in Lerwick, Shetland Islands, we sailed into Akureyri, where the excursions were some of the best we’ve ever done. Think rushing down river rapids, visiting Icelandic ponies, and standing in front of incredible waterfalls!From there, we headed to Ísafjörður, a small town tucked between dramatic fjords that instantly felt like stepping into another world.
