Virgin Voyages Food Review The Wake Brunch, Gunbae Games & Lucky Lotus (Ep 5)

Ready for round two? We’re back to finish our tour of the main restaurants on Virgin Voyages. In this episode, Martin and Mark get stuck into the venues that offer everything from high-end steak to rowdy social dining. We’re breaking down why you don’t need to pack a suit to eat like royalty and which dishes are actually worth the hype. On the menu this week: Razzle Dazzle & Lucky Lotus: By day, it’s a posh American diner (order the Jalapeño Croissant, trust us). By night, it transforms into Lucky Lotus, serving up a proper Chinese menu. The Wake: We talk through the most glamorous spot on the ship. Is the brunch better than the dinner? Plus, the truth about the "Filet Mignon for brunch" hack Gunbae: The loudest restaurant at sea. We explain the drinking games (played with juice, obviously!), why the meat is top-tier, and why it’s the best place to make new mates. Relaxed Vibes: Why "Smart Casual" on Virgin is a world away from the stuffy dress codes on other cruise lines. Stop overpaying for "speciality" dining. On Virgin, these world-class spots are all included in your fare. Fancy joining us for a proper holiday? We’re hosting a sober group on the Scarlet Lady in August 2026.
