Virginia Bell - Midlife is Not a Crisis

from Destination Unlimited with Victor Fuhrman · host iOM Radio Network - OMTimes

Aired Wednesday, 17 May 2017, 8:00 PM ET Virginia Bell - Midlife is Not a Crisis Pete Seeger’s classic song, “Turn, Turn, Turn”, based upon the first eight verses of the third chapter of the biblical Book of Ecclesiastes says…. “To everything (turn, turn, turn) There is a season (turn, turn, turn) And a time to every purpose, under heaven” How is our life affected by the energy of the turns and returns of the heavenly bodies in our solar system, the stars and beyond? How do the seasons of our life afford us the opportunity for learning, growth and wisdom? And how can our understanding of this enable us through youth, middle age and the golden years without experiencing the misnamed “midlife crisis?” My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Virginia Bell, says the secret to this is to understand the great generational cycles of our life to be better prepared for both the challenges and rewards. Virginia has been a full time astrologer since the 1990’s. She writes a horoscope column and celebrity profiles for the CBS magazine, Watch! She’s a regular contributor to the Huffington Post and has written astrology columns for magazines including TV Guide and Us Weekly. Virginia has her sun and moon in Taurus and Virgo rising…and joins us to discuss her new book, Midlife is Not a Crisis: Using Astrology to Thrive in the Second Half of Life.
