Located in Norfolk, VA, about 5mins from the Norfolk International Airport. Price $75 a session or Optima Medicaid 2) Changing Lives Counseling Services. Phone: 804-292-8362. Located in Chesapeake, VA, in the Greenbrier area. Price $65 a session or Optima Medicaid. Both locations will consider Sliding Scale based upon your income. I encourage you not to let finances keep you from Therapy. But like any other professional, Counselors have to make a living too. We will do all that we can to help you. Both locations are located in the Hampton Roads of Virginia, U.S. And dont let anyone hinder you from receiving therapy. You deserve to be mentally well.
