Virginia Man Gets 14-Year Prison Term for Child Abuse Material | Roanoke News
from Roanoke News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
A Virginia man with a history of sex crimes just got 14.5 years in federal prison for possessing child abuse material — and this isn’t his first time behind bars. Convicted in 1997 for attempted sexual battery, he served 13 years and was forced to register as a sex offender — a requirement he repeatedly violated. In 2017, he was convicted again for failing to comply. Now, in 2025, while on supervised release, authorities found 2,000 abusive images on his phone and caught him actively downloading more. He’ll also face five years of supervised release and must pay over $71,000 in restitution to victims. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
