VIRGINIA TECH HIRES JAMES FRANKLIN + WEEK 13 PREVIEW

Virginia Tech shocks the College Football world by hiring Coach James Franklin after his firing from Penn State in mid October. I share my thoughts on that hire and the potential hirings around the country for different openings! Week 13 doesn't necessarily have the most marquee games but there is one that shines above the rest, Oregon vs. USC.
