Virtues: Introversion

from Live Vedanta: Parenting Culture Hosted by Vivek Gupta

Recap: The more we practice introversion, the deeper we go into our purpose. When we associate with the right people, i.e. those who are trying to grow out of weaknesses, this helps us focus on presence. How to practice Arati (Introversion)? Be in Satsanga: The more satsanga we are in, the more the people we care for are in satsanga also. Use parameters, when associating with those who are more into pleasure, possession, position. Set parameters for extraversion as follows: Friday nights: Be 100% rajasik Saturday nights: Be 50% rajasik Sunday nights: Be 25% rajasik Rest of the week : Be more energetic / enthusiastic.
