Vision 2021: Called by God

On Sunday we had the privilege of hearing from one of our elders, Jim Traut. For Jim, leaving a legacy of heaven is about loving God with all your heart, soul, and mind - fully surrendered. Jim is a profound example of someone who has chosen to live completely surrendered to God all the days of his life. And the message of Jim's life: that God is good, He is faithful, and you can trust Him with everything.  It is God that gives us value and purpose and identity. - Your ability to understand and receive His calling for you, to live with purpose, and exercise your gifts, is intricately related to the level of your surrender.  -- God has something better for you than you could ever imagine, ask for, or make up - and His call on your life always comes with the power to do what it demands.
