Sometimes leaders fall into the trap of sophistication bias and buy into the idea that complexity conveys importance. But impact-driven leaders should never underestimate the value of simplicity. So today, we're keeping it simple and discussing two leadership essentials: VISION and EXECUTION.VISION and EXECUTION are essential for you to invest in a path for growth that is healthy, life-giving, and sustainable. In the presence of these two things, we build the foundation for us to grow. In the absence of these two things, chaos will result. 1. A clear vision for where you are going Most people don't get what they want because most people never take the time to define what they want “When you become successful, distractions often show up on your doorstep, masquerading as opportunities.” - Michael Hyatt  “There is a psychological, neurological, theological, and biological justification for the necessity of aim.” - Jordan Peterson 2. A plan for consistently executing on the things that matter most over an extended time  Consistent: Creating habits, systems, and routines that occur daily, monthly, and quarterly to keep you on track.  Execute: Focus more on application than information. What are you doing to move the ball forward?  Things that matter most: When you narrow your vision, you clarify your strategy. Our whole team is rooting for you. We want to see you win!Remember, my strength is not for me; your strength is not for you; our strength is for service.Remember to Rate, Review, Subscribe, and Share!Sign up for the newsletterJoin us on Instagram and FacebookResources:Atomic Habits by James ClearPower of Habit by Charles Duhigg If you’re ready to move beyond just gathering information and start executing on what truly matters, Path for Growth’s 1-on-1 coaching can help.
