Vision and Strategies in Leadership_promoting and achieving your ambition

Last month on the show, I spoke with an amazing young lady, who is a Climate Enthusiast, and has been advocating in the space for quite some time. She mentioned that as a young person with a big dream to change the world, you need to have some strategies to be able to engage with systems that have already been established long before you were born. Similarly, over the last few months, I have had the opportunity of working with young women and women led NGOs and one thing I realize from my encounter with their systems and processes is a lack of coherency. The vision looks more like a passion but not well structured to take the organization through the various phases of business. It also lacks the spark to motivate or inspire volunteers, funders or partners who would love to be part of their causes. This gave me and idea and I thought that it would be nice for us to have a conversation on how women can lead and promote their vision with the requisite strategies to engender change and collaboration in achieving their set goals.
