Vision For The Future

If you begin with the end in mind, it can help you identify if these opportunities can move your vision forward or if they are simply a distraction! Allowing the people on your team to be PART of the conversation of shaping the vision helps give people a voice and ownership in the process! Failure is impossible if you're unwilling to quit! People NEED vision... even during the normal seasons. BUT even more so in a season of crisis and tension. HOW you show up for your team is HOW they will move forward.
