Vision Sunday

Are you simply hearing the words of Jesus, or are you actively building your life upon them? In this Vision Sunday message, Pastor Dave Mudd challenges us to look beyond casual Christianity and evaluate what is truly forming our daily lives. Rooted in Jesus’ teaching from Matthew 7, this message examines how digital distraction, superficial relationships, and a stagnant faith keep us from true spiritual maturity. Discover how moving from information to transformation allows us to stop living discipled by the world and start becoming more like Jesus every day. Key Takeaways: - Build on the Rock: True discipleship means putting the words of Jesus into daily practice, not just agreeing with them on Sundays. - Overcome Digital Distraction: Guard your heart against being discipled by modern algorithms, news, and cultural noise rather than God's Word. - Embrace Authentic Community: Move past surface-level church attendance into deep, accountable relationships where genuine healing and growth happen. - Pursue Full Surrender: Shift from keeping God as a line item on a priority list to letting Him transform every area of your life—including your relationships, schedule, and ambitions.
