Visiting the doctor, the pharmacist and the grocery store

On day five of our self quarantined world I am compelled to venture out for a doctors visit as well as pick up some medicine at the pharmacy and some groceries. A little anxious about that for sure and what percussion should I take both before and after I return. Also talk about flip grid away to have a video discussion for your online course, or any course really. And finally we settle down for the evening and finish painting one of our favorite shows.
