VISUALIZATION - Ground and Connect Yourself Today

from Play Create Forward Podcast · host Kirsten Gunnerud / Jill Johnson

Think of this visualization as the grounding wire to your wild, electrical self :-) The gamut of emotions and feelings people have right now is VAST. Some are feeling more at peace than ever - able to nest and just be on a level they’ve never been able to. Others are feeling more fear and uncertainty than ever before - many of whom are on the front lines of this. And many of us are feeling all of this at once or in waves of it at different times throughout our day. A really helpful tool is to make sure to spend some time each day connecting and grounding yourself. Pretty much anything with a lot of energy needs a grounding source. You do too ;-) This visualization is a great way to do so and is one of our favorite tools any time, but especially now.
