VISUALIZE: It’s time to fire up our imaginations!

from Play Create Forward Podcast · host Kirsten Gunnerud / Jill Johnson

Today’s visualization is a fun one, the stuff of discovery and innovation. Walt Disney was so incredibly good at utilizing his imagination, so let’s check in with ours. Join us as we explore what it might feel like to trust that picture that shows up on your paper (a mouse?! ;-) and build it into so much more. And then, we imagine and discover what it is that might be wanting attention on your own piece of paper… Visualizing, using our imagination, is a powerful tool that helps us step outside of the left brain and into our creative (right) brain where we can discover things we might not when we don’t intentionally spend time in that space. Almost all of the “greats” in history used their imagination, their creative sides and their intuition to help them break open possibilities we didn’t know existed until they did - Leonardo DaVinci, Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Marie Curie, Martin Luther King, Steve Jobs, Nikola Tesla… and so very many more. This is powerful, real stuff that makes a big difference.
