विशुद्धि चक्र बीज मंत्र जप ।The fifth chakra, Throat chakra is the chakra of communication and expression. The chakra governs the communication of truth, what we truly want to express, the truth. It is not only about the communication on the material plane but to the spiritual plane. The balanced throat chakra provides you ability to express yourself freely and truly.  The chakra is in between the heart and third eye, which implies its connecting brain and heart. It is bridge between thoughts and and emotions. How we express our thought and emotions in balanced way to self and to the outer world depends on how balanced is the chakra.  It is called Vishuddha Chakra in Sanskrit which means the "the pure". The purity in communication with self, others and divinity indicates how pure are our thoughts and heart. Dare to speak truth governs by the vishuddha chakra. The element of throat chakra is ether, the space, the akash. It color is sky blue. and sound is 'Ham' Meditate on the mantra Ham in the inner space. Chant the mantra or attune your breath with the beej mantra of throat chakra. In every breath coming in feel "I am open to truth, authenticity, ideas" and on exhaling feel the blockages are removed.  Sound specially mantra sound is an effective way to balance the chakra. The mantra sound will clear throat chakra on both physical and subtle planes.
