Die wichtigsten Vitamine in diesem Zusammenhang: E, A, C und K, die in natürlichen Nahrungsquellen wie Nüssen, Samen, Gemüse, Obst und pflanzlichen Ölen vorkommen. Wie immer empfehle ich Vitamine über die Nahrung aufzunehmen, damit unser Körper sie auch wirklich aufnehmen und verwerten kann.
