Viva Denzel Washington...and Fathers Stepping Up!

Despite the mayhem, you are here!  Thank you!  We strive for peace.  We strive for solutions to racial harmony and justice.  We start off with some wise words from Denzel Washington.  Here you go...Word!  Thank you Mr. Denzel Washington and your words on the importance of fathers in the home.  That is part of the solution.  As for us, we are flawed Dudes seeking Truth.  Sometimes we get it right, sometimes wrong.  Ideally, and this is the operative word 'ideally', a father (properly tuned in) will help guide and raise the child in the way they should go.  Realistically, it may be a single Mom or grandparents or __________.  I love the way Casey closed the prayer.  Some of you don't have the luxury of a strong earthly father.  Casey is right, your ultimate Father is above if you so choose.  If you are an earthly father and have been gifted with children, keep tuning in, we want to build you up.  We all have room for improvement, I don't care how 'good' you think you are.  There is room for better and looking in the mirror and quality control checks.  Ending on a song note, giving honor to our ultimate Father, let's go to "The Father's House" by Cory Asbury, if you dig, please give Cory some love an add it to your playlist.  Now, go, serve, love, whether that be your ultimate father, your earthly father, your kids if you have some or your neighbors and neighboring communities...
