Vive Health Bed Rails

Vive Health Bed Rails are being recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails, creating a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation. When attached to a bed, users can become trapped within the rail or between the rail and the mattress. The products also lack required hazard warning labels. Affected: models LVA1024 and LVA3031BLK.About 12,355 units were sold online at Amazon.com and ViveHealth.com from August 2023 through December 2025. Only bed rails purchased after August 21, 2023 are included in this recall.Stop using these recalled bed rails and contact Vive Health at 1-800-487-3808 or email [email protected] for a full refund. To receive the refund, you must write “RECALLED” on the upper and lower bedrails with a permanent marker, take a photo of the marked product with the buyer’s name written on a piece of paper, and email the photo to the company.
