About Margot Wilson Margot’s philosophical research into freedom and suffering focuses upon the inheritance, creation and outgrowing of soma-neuro holding patterns. Margot has led parallel lives as an artist and philosopher and has held careers and businesses in television and investment banking technology. Her artistic practices include sculpture, ceramics, and writing and her work is published and collected internationally. She pursued philosophy both academically and independently and has a BA (Hons) Philosophy from Birkbeck, University of London and MPhil (Research from the University of Glasgow. She’s the founder of Creative|Force Coaching, The Vivid Dream and Hypnogogic Visualisation Method and The 4-Stages Method. Margot’s philosophical research into freedom and suffering focuses upon the inheritance, creation and outgrowing of soma-neuro holding patterns. Her methods uses somaneuro-immersive techniques that ground the centre of consciousness in the naval area of the body. Her research has been presented at The Science of Consciousness Conference (Helsinki, 2015) and The Royal College of Psychiatry Congress (Edinburgh, 2017). She has examined freedom as Buddhist awakening and specialises in experimental meditation, kundalini consciousness, and astrological sacred geometry. Margot is presently researching and writing on the concepts of death and moral-free guilt at The Royal College of Art, London. Margot’s independent research since 1987 spans: Kundalini Yoga, Tibetan Vajrayana Yoga, Lucid Dreaming, Hypnogogic Visualisation, Buddhist Metaphysics, Vedic Metaphysics, Chinese Metaphysics, Yoga Therapy, Overtoning and Tonal Breathing, Meditation, Mindfulness, Transcendental Meditation, Dream Therapy, Biodynamic Psychology. Current research focus: Vivid Dreaming as a classification of dreaming and its uses in outgrowing soma-neuro holding-patterns. Death and non-moral guilt.
