Mankind through Adam, and redeemed in Christ, is called to exercise dominion on God’s behalf, impressing the heavenly pattern into the physical world, so that his will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. Yet this grand, cosmic vision is fulfilled through ordinary, daily work. This is a public episode.
