SAfm — The 10AM deadline has come and passed for Vodacom to respond to the #PleaseCallMe Movement's demands - for the telecommunications giant to resolve the stalemate with Nkosana Makate. Vodacom has been embroiled in a protracted legal battle with Makate, who was an employee of the firm when he thought of the 'Please call Me' idea. Meanwhile, the South African Police Service has blocked protestors from entering VodaWorld in Midrand, Johannesburg. Vodacom spokesperson, Byron Kennedy, says they have suspended operations for the day amid the protests
