The Citizen's Independent Transportation Trust was formed in 2002 following the voter referendum to increase the sales tax rate county-wide by one-half percent to fund transportation projects. They will be hosting a one-day summit on Thursday, January 22 on the Wolfson Campus of Miami-Dade College. Marta Viciedo talked about the summit and about transportation issues in general in Miami.
