Voices in My Head: The Narcissistic Introjects

Long after the narcissist has gone away and reinvented a new persona with someone else, the victim suffers from "introjects" in their head. They cannot tell what is their own thoughts and those of the narcissist that has corrupted their mind. There are three important voices to be able to identify, and full recovery and freedom from the narcissist may be dependent on your understanding and identification of these voices. It may very well be the most important tool for separating from the narcissist and regaining agency and power over your own life.
