Voices of Change: Community Conversations at Feastro's Fire and Grill

Stand Up Arkansas hosts a Community Conversations session at Feastro's Fire and Grill in Sherwood Arkansas on August 20, 204, discussing various political and social issues in Arkansas.  The diverse group included a high school enior from Little Rock Central High School, A librarian in the Little Rock School District  and a candidate for the state General Assembly.  Key topics covered are the current state of the Arkansas legislature, the importance of fighting against systemic oppression, an the effects of apathy on local politics.  The conversation also touches on challenges faced by teachers, the importance of accurate historical education, and ongoing community efforts to bring about positive change.
