郭崇韬（约865年—926年），字安时，代州雁门（今山西代县）人，五代后唐名相、军事家。初为李克修亲信，李克修死后转投李克用，以干练清廉著称。李存勖即位后，任中门副使，参决机要，屡献奇策助其称帝。智谋灭后梁，八日克汴京；又平前蜀，功勋卓著，官至枢密使、兵部尚书，封赵郡公。然因宦官谗言，遭刘皇后构陷，终被冤杀，三子同难。谋略安邦却遭谗致死，功过留与后世评说。
