Vol.54 杨涟：为人磊落负奇节

杨涟（1571－1625），字文孺，号大洪，湖北应山人，明末著名清官、政治家，东林党重要成员。他为人刚直不阿，敢于直言进谏，曾上疏弹劾权宦魏忠贤二十四大罪，震动朝野。在担任左副都御史期间，坚决反对阉党专权，维护朝纲正道。然而在魏忠贤掌权时期，遭到构陷下狱，受酷刑致死，年仅54岁。其忠诚与气节深受后人敬仰，南明时追赠为太子太保，谥“忠烈”。
