I'm not sure if there are many breweries that got as many people worked up here in Cincinnati, before they even opened their doors, but The Queen City Brewery certainly did just that. I was joined this week by head brewer Jason Surniak to talk about what QCBC does to change minds on a daily basis, as well as how things are going to keep growing and changing at the brewery.
