Episodul 10 din Leaders, interviurile aflate sub tutela Vorbitorincii, îl are invitat pe Sergiu Manea, Președinte Executiv BCR. Un om foarte pasionat de munca sa și mândru de tot ce a reușit să pună în practică. Veți înțelege când îl veți auzi despre proiectele destinate copiilor, de exemplu. A câștigat primul salariu încă de pe băncile facultății, când a lucrat într-o bancă pe o poziție de entry level. Aspirațiile l-au dus însă mai departe, când a ajuns să lucreze pentru bănci importante din România şi Londra, iar la 43 de ani a fost numit în fruntea BCR. Am vorbit despre transformările de care este nevoie în Educație pentru că, spune invitatul, "fiecare copil are dreptul la o viață demnă și are dreptul să știe să facă alegeri în viață". Ne-am întrebat cum ar arăta Codul Fiscal fără cele 653 de excepții care există în prezent? Dar și dacă România va fi pregătită, fie și în 2027 cum spune dl Ciolacu, pentru taxarea progresivă. Cum ar trebui să fie revizuit Codul Fiscal, pe ce cheltuiește statul român și cum văd românii banii? Aduc fericirea sau sunt ochiul dracului?
