Vote for Tammy Stone!

from Nadine@9

Often times, people either don’t know about municipal elections, they forget about them or, they think it’s not important. Not only are they important, they should have a much greater involvement than any other election since municipal elections are the people who are directly above us. Mayors, Councilmen/Alderman, School Board, Health Board, etc… and often this is when different tax issues will also be on the ballot. For too long these positions have just been swooped up by the willing and eager left. Yes, even in our “red” state of Missouri, and even in our conservative section of Missouri, there are people with destructive agendas seeking to destroy what the majority of Missourians would like tot preserve. But in order to preserve this we MUST engage! We must answer the call to serve our community by stepping into governmental roles. Our cities, counties, states and country desperately need honorable men and women who understand the proper role of government and are committed to preserving our God-given rights that can not be given or taken away by the government! Thankfully, more and more people are stepping up! And I’m proud to support Tammy Stone for the very important role of: Health Department Board. Please consider supporting Tammy through prayer, following her on Facebook, sharing her posts, and spreading the word around Miller County that she needs our vote! And don’t forget to go vote for her on Tuesday, April 8th! Click here to see the complete Miller County ballot. If you have any questions for Tammy you can contact her via her Facebook page, or you can email me at [email protected]. K. Chesterton (1874 - 1936) LibriVox LibriVox volunteers bring you 9 recordings of The Song Against Songs by G. K. Chesterton. This was the Fortnightly Poetry project for October 16, 2011.Chesterton was a large man, standing 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) and weighing around 21 stone (130 kg; 290 lb). His girth gave rise to a famous anecdote. During World War I a lady in London asked why he was not 'out at the Front'; he replied, 'If you go round to the side, you will see that I am.' On another occasion he remarked to his friend George Bernard Shaw: "To look at you, anyone would think a famine had struck England". Shaw retorted, "To look at you, anyone would think you have caused it". P. G. Wodehouse once described a very loud crash as "a sound like Chesterton falling onto a sheet of tin."( Summary from Wikipedia ) HealthCall LIVE WOWO / Federated Media HealthCall LIVE with Lee Kelso is a summary of the weeks most interesting and useful health and medical news.
