To put yourself in a position where people have enough faith in your ability to perform and execute a task in a way that they agree is fit. Willing to take the accountability and the ownership to learn a new task. There is no user's manual to being in an elected position.God-given leaders are the people who will show you how you will be a leader in your own reality. The people you look to the most are the people who mold you into what you will become.
