With his partner, he grew their North Philadelphia student housing portfolio from a $20,000 vacant lot to a portfolio valued at an estimated $4 million. He has served as Director of Leasing, managing local and national expansion strategies for both tenant and landlord representation assignments along the east coast; gained experience as an investment sales broker in the retail NNN lease sector, specializing in shopping centers and QSR; and was a founding member at Investco LLC, which focuses on multifamily assets using crowdfunding platforms in the Philadelphia region. Notable achievements over his almost 20-year career include negotiating and closing approximately $1 billion in lease and sale transactions and completing three multi-family syndication funds totaling over $3 million. He currently holds a real estate license in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the International Shopping Center Association (ICSC).
