In de Amerikaanse-Iraanse raamovereenkomst die vrijdag wordt getekend staat dat er mogelijk een particulier fonds komt van 300 miljard dollar. Dat geld moet investeringen in Iran stimuleren. Dat meldt persbureau Reuters op basis van een anonieme bron die kennis heeft van de onderhandelingen tussen de VS en Iran.
