Join us for a conversation as Ashley shares her definition of courage as meaning deep vulnerability - being able to reveal our truth to ourselves and to others. She rawly shares how this translates into her world through a very honest reflection of reaching the deepest state of depression that she had experienced in her life to date last year, in 2023, due to a sequence of events. All scenarios had aligned for her family to be present and she had a choice in that moment to continue to hide her truth, or to share it. She decided to allow her truth to be seen, opening her up to vulnerability. As she prepared to share my truth, in that moment she felt as though her whole world was going to end but it was this exact meeting point of fully giving up and fully leaning in. Ashley truly believes that it was from the light of courage within her that the decision was to lean in. She shares how she moved through this, rituals that kept her grounded (even in the darkest + hardest) of moments and how you can support yourself in moving through similar seasons. About Ashley : Ashley is a Usui/Holy Fire III® Karuna Reiki® Master, Sound Healer, Cacao Guide, Sacred Ceremonialist and Retreat Facilitator.
