Poslušalka je sestro Nikolino vprašala glede vzhajanja potice – da jo pri drugem vzhajanju damo v hladno pečico. Sestra Nikonina pravi, da je to hitrejši način priprave potice, ki je prav tako uspešen. V tem primeru naredimo manjše zavitke in jih damo (štiri naenkrat, a z medsebojno razdaljo ali pa med nje damo trak peki papirja) na pekač z malo višjimi stranicami. Zavitke nabodemo in premažemo z jajcem ter damo v hladno pečico. Vrata zapremo in takrat jo šele priključimo na 190 stopinj Celzija. Lepo, počasi bo potica vzhajala in se dvigovala. Pečeno še malo pustimo v pekaču, nato gremo z nožem ob steni in jo obrnemo na desko.
