W Series arguably produced the best racing of the weekend across the single-seater categories at the British Grand Prix, with Alice Powell coming from a slow start to take an emotional victory in front of her home crowd. The performance of her and her protege Abbi Pulling are discussed, while Formula 2 hit its halfway point with a maiden victory for Richard Verschoor.
