My first impressions of him (which we’ve never discussed so hi Jeremy if you’re listening to this... it’ll be his first time hearing this as well) is that he’s definitely a health and fitness coach — not only physically but from his very friendly demeanor which is mandatory to be a good educator and counselor. He was always a little quieter and more aloof so I found him a tad mysterious yet... he always had great energy and was someone I wanted to learn more from. Needless to say, I was so thrilled that he applied to come on to share his story. You’re definitely in for a treat as we dig into (1) his story of how his career in nutrition coaching came to be (2) what it takes to be a good coach (3) what his experience was like traveling while maintaining his coaching job (4) instantly connecting with strangers in the big city and (5) what is #bigkidenergy? [ FULL TIMESTAMPS + SHOW NOTES 🎉 CLICK HERE ] 03:23 - Q Jeremy to Xinyi: How do you view failure? What is your favourite way to fail? 09:57 - Q Jeremy to Xinyi: Why do you share your creative content? Do we see the finished product or is there a secret stash for your eyes only? 12:57 - Q Xinyi to Jeremy: Why don’t you see yourself as creative? 17:05 - Q Xinyi to Jeremy: What was your health & fitness journey like and how did you end up in your current career? 25:29 - Q Xinyi to Jeremy: Did anyone give you that warm fuzzy feeling when you started to develop your creative self? 53:57 - Q Jeremy to Xinyi: What's your favourite word of the last year / going into this year? No, thank YOU Jeremy for sharing your time and light with us. I love how thoughtful he is in the way he articulates his thoughts and brings a little bit of comedy into anything he’s explaining. He told me that one of his intentions of this year was to try more stuff like coming onto this podcast.
