WA Income Tax Repeal Heads to November Ballot

Initiative 645, which would repeal Washington's new 9.9% income tax on income above $1 million a year, has been certified for the November ballot after Let's Go Washington submitted 509,365 signatures with an 80%-plus validity rate. Gov.
