Waddle’s Broncos Debut: A Disappointing Start | Denver Broncos News

Miami Dolphins pull off a shocking trade, sending Jaylen Waddle and a 4th-round pick to Denver for future draft assets — including first, third, and fourth-round picks in 2026. Waddle made his Broncos debut against the Chiefs, playing 38 snaps but catching just one pass for two yards on three targets — a stark contrast to his consistent production with Miami. PFF gave him a dismal grade, ranking him among the worst WRs in Week 1. Meanwhile, Miami used one of their new picks to draft cornerback Chris Johnson, who had a mixed start. With the Broncos set to face the Jaguars this Sunday, Dolphins fans are watching closely to see how Waddle fares with his new team — and whether this trade was worth it.
