We are often faced with situations in our lives where we do not know what to do. It may be a trial that is crushing us. It may be a struggle that seems will defeat us. It may be an enemy that constantly reappears. In these moments, our faith is tested and we are tempted to lean to our own understanding and strategies. In a time of great spiritual and political struggle, God used the prophet Isaiah to call His people to trust wholly in Him. If they would, they would discover supernatural strength and deliverance. May we learn to wait on the Lord in our day.
